Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00 NOON (Express 30 Min)

If you’re interested in taking a class, hit me up for a free pass.  My classes are high energy, focused, and lots of fun.  You’ll leave a lot of sweat on the floor, and maybe even walking out a little sore.  High reps & low weight is what it’s all about, and I’ll make  sure we reach your fitness goals together.
